How is my order shipped and what are the charges?

All orders for delivery in the United States are made and shipped in and from the USA.

We offer free USPS shipping on all US orders and if you want to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority the charge is $7.95

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

All orders are dispatched normally within 3 days of receipt excluding weekends and statutory holidays

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

With USPS First Class orders can take between 3 to 8 days to reach their destination once they have been dispatched. With USPS Priority Mail it is closer to 2 – 5 days depending on your location in the United States

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email to say we have received it. When your order is produced and dispatched you will receive a further email with a tracking number enclosed.

Please note that at busy times it can take a few days for your order to be scanned into the mail carrier once it has left

I need my order for a certain date can you guarantee it?

We produce and dispatch goods fast however, once the order is in the hands of the mail carrier we are powerless to influence it. If you are looking to get an order for a certain date, we suggest ordering well in advance.

I have not received my order?

Once your order has left us, we are at the mercy of the mail carrier and at times packages do go missing or get delayed.


If you feel that your package is missing, please email us at info@sentimenthouse.com and provide your ORDER NUMBER and we will try and find your package

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

We pride ourselves on speed of production and dispatch so once you have placed your order it will only be a few hours until it goes into production.


If an order has not started production then we are happy to assist however if the order is under production it cannot be changed or cancelled so please if for any reason you wish to change an order (let’s say you spelt a name incorrectly) let us know ASAP. Please email your ORDER NUMBER to info@sentimenthouse.com

I received an incorrect or damaged order what do I do?

In the unlikely event that this happens please contact us with your order number and the issue at info@sentimenthouse.com we will then do our utmost to rectify any issues including re shipping an item if required. Please attach any photos if you feel they are relevant to the issue.
