Do you accept returns?
Virtually all our products are handmade and custom printed to order, some with personalized names, images and / or packaging so unless your product is faulty or damaged, we do not accept returns.
We would like to add the number of items we have returned due to breakages is extremely minimal
I received my order but my product is damaged what should I do?
In the unlikely event that this happens please contact us with your order number and the issue at info@sentimenthouse.com we will then do our utmost to rectify any issues including re shipping an item or providing a refund if required. Please attach any photos if you feel they are relevant to the issue.
We really do value our customer service and will do all we can to solve any unlikely issues
My order arrived but there is a spelling mistake?
We understand how frustrating this can be but, we ask all our customers to double check their spelling before placing an order. We cannot exchange a product or accept a return if you have uploaded an incorrect name or spelling
