I need my order for a certain date can you guarantee it?
For sure we will dispatch your order on time however once the order is in the hands of the mail carrier, we are powerless to influence it's progress should there be delays.
If you are looking to get an order for a certain date, we suggest ordering well in advance
What if I receive the wrong order or a defective product?

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
We pride ourselves on speed of production and dispatch so once you have placed your order it will only be a few hours until it goes into production.
Once an order has started production it cannot be changed or cancelled so, please if for any reason you wish to change an order (let’s say you think you spelt a name incorrectly) let us know ASAP by email with your order number to info@sentimenthouse.com
